                            When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing one, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over QA forms and scoring recordings. These features are not associated with iWFO.

Manage QA Forms
Enables users to view, edit, create, or deactivate QA forms to evaluate agent calls.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Score Recordings
Enables users to score agent call recordings.
