Security Profile Permissions Tab: My Account Permissions
Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit.
When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing one, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over their personal user accounts.

Default Dialing Pattern
Enables users to view or edit the default dialing pattern in their personal user accounts. You must also enable the My Account Page permission for this permission to work correctly. If you want to enable editing WFM notifications, you must enable editing the account page.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

WFM Notifications
Enables users to view or edit WFM notifications in their personal user accounts. You must also enable the My Account Page permission for this permission to work correctly. If you want to enable editing WFM notifications, you must enable editing the account page.

My Account Page
Enables users to view or edit information in their personal user accounts. Users with the edit permission can reset their own passwords within the My Account page; however, if a user with the My Account Page View permission also has Edit rights for Users, that user can reset her own password in the Users section of Central as long as her data restriction settings allow her to manage her own user profile.
