Self-Evaluations Overview for Agents
Self-evaluation is a process that helps supervisors see how you view your own performance. Using Quality Assurance (QA) forms, self-evaluations allow you to easily compare your self-evaluations to evaluations performed by your supervisor.
The self-evaluation process leads to more productive coaching sessions, which can contribute to higher-quality customer service and reduced confusion and frustration about your performance.
Most often, your supervisor will ask you to perform a self-evaluation on one of your customer interactions (calls) using a QA form created by your supervisor. When you are performing a self-evaluation, you will use the questions in the QA form to score your performance.
Your supervisor will notify you when a self-evaluation QA form is available for you to use.
With proper permissions, you can search for and view your own self-evaluations.
