Report Widget
Dashboards have a wide variety of content items that can be used for customization. You can move, resize, rename, clone (copy), and edit widgets to create a custom dashboard appearance. For more information, see Managing Dashboard Content Overview.
The Report Widget displays Bookmarked and Favorited Reports, Scheduled Reports, and the Report Library. This is the same view as navigating to the Reporting tab,
Adding Report Widgets to a Dashboard
- Click the lock icon above the numbered list to unlock the Dashboard.
- Click Add Content.
- Click and drag Add Report Widget onto the dashboard.
- In Find a Report, enter the type of report you want to add. Values will begin to auto-fill as you type. Available report types are Administration, Current Status, Achievements, Analytics, and Assignments.

Administration About My Dashboards — Provides dashboard access to the About My Dashboards report (see Intelligence Administration Reports). My Performance Management Reports — Provides dashboard access to Bookmarked and Favorited Reports, Scheduled Reports, and the Report Library. Avaya CMS Agent Status Widget Report — For customers using this data collector, provides real-time agent status information from the Avaya CMS system (see Avaya CMS Reports). Achievements My Achievements — Displays achievements earned by the current user and the user's group. Duplicates the Achievements Widget. Analytics Analytics Heatmap — Displays a heatmap of analytics tag presence in calls across your contact center for the current month. Analytics Trend Tag Cloud — Displays analytics tag presence in calls across your contact center, comparing most recent 30 days with the previous 30 days. Assignments Assignments — Displays all assignments for you. Duplicates the Assignments Widget. - Click the Add icon (designated by a plus sign) to select the specific report.
- Click Next.
- Click Save.
