Log In To The NICE Uptivity Web Portal

The NICE Uptivity Web Portal is the primary user interface for Uptivity. For more information, see NICE Uptivity Web Portal Overview

To log in:

1. Enter the URL (host name or IP address) of the site into a web browser's address bar (for example, http://incontactwfoserver.yourcompany.com).
2. Type your User Name and Password.
3. If you want to, select the Remember my username? checkbox to facilitate future logins.
4. Click Login.

If you forget your password:

Required Permission: Allow Password Changes

1. Click Forgot your password? on the login screen.
2. Type your User Name.
3. Click Send Email.

This feature does not work if your account has been locked due to login failures, if you do not have permission to change your password, or both.

If the reset is successful, you will see the following message: "A new password has been generated and sent to your email address." Use that password to log in to the portal and then change your password. 

If the reset fails or if you do not have proper permissions, you will receive an email informing you of this. In either case, contact your Uptivity administrator.
