Change Your Password

Required Permission: Allow Password Changes

The NICE Uptivity Web Portal is the primary user interface for Uptivity. Access to the portal is password-protected.

This topic explains how to change your password. For more information, see NICE Uptivity Web Portal Overview.

1. Click Change Password in the upper right-hand corner of any page in the NICE Uptivity Web Portal.
2. Type your current password in the Old Password field.
3. Type a new password in the New Password field.
4. Retype the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
5. Click Submit.
