Filter Call List

The NICE Uptivity Web Portal provides access to recordings made by Uptivity.
This topic explains how to filter the Call List or Recorded Interactions page to display only selected recordings.
For more information, see Finding Recordings Overview.
Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List (or Recorded Interactions).
- Click Filter.
- Set the criteria to filter the interactions you want to display.
- Click Apply.
