Delete Voice Board Channels

Voice boards are Uptivity software components that control how the system acquires the audio it records. Each voice board includes channels which correspond to individual audio sources.

This topic explains how to delete channels from a voice board.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click AdministrationRecorder SettingsVoice Boards.
  2. In the Voice Boards list, click Edit for the voice board from which you want to delete channels.
  3. In the channels list, click Delete for the channel you want to remove.
  4. Click Save.
