Dispute QA Evaluations
Overview
If your organization uses the Uptivity QA review process, agents can review, question, and acknowledge evaluations after they have been submitted.
When the arbitration workflow has been enabled for an evaluation form, agents can also choose to dispute the evaluation.
This topic explains how to dispute an evaluation.

The Add a Comment field is required for disputed evaluations.
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click HomeAssignment InboxNew Assignments.
- Click the evaluation your want to dispute to open it.
- Review the evaluation and Add a Comment.
- Click Dispute.
