Getting Started with NICE Uptivity Reporting
The basic Uptivity platform provides a wide variety of "out of the box" reports (called Printable Reports) as well as the ability to create customized, ad hoc reports. If your organization uses Performance Management, this feature has its own separate set of reports.
If you are a supervisor, analyst, or manager who will use these reporting features, you have likely been given a permission set that will allow you to:
- Generate Printable Reports in on or more categories
- Create and generate ad hoc reports
- Create report subscriptions, schedules, and criteria sets to automate report delivery
