Delete Recordings

Overview

The inContact WFO Web Portal provides access to recordings made by inContact WFO.
This topic explains how to delete a recorded interaction and associated metadata.
For more information, see Working with Recordings Overview.
This task results in permanent deletion of recorded interactions and their metadata.
Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using the Recorded Interactions list, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.
- In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List or Recorded Interactions list.
- Locate the recording, right-click, and select Delete Call from the pop-up menu.
- Click OK.
