Change Your Password

Required Permission: Allow Password Changes

The inContact WFO Web Portal is the primary user interface for inContact Workforce Optimization. Access to the portal is password-protected.

This topic explains how to change your password.

  1. Click Change Password in the upper right-hand corner of any page in the inContact WFO Web Portal.
  2. Type your current password in the Old Password field.
  3. Type a new password in the New Password field.
  4. Retype the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
  5. Click Submit.
