Remove Active Directory (AD) Groups from Role Synchronization

Roles are named collections of permissions that determine what users can and cannot do in inContact Workforce Management v1. You can relate roles to Active Directory (AD) group names so that user roles and permissions are synchronized at each login based on AD group membership.

This topic explains how to remove a group from AD Group Role Synch.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click Configuration General.
  2. Click Delete Group next to the applicable group.
  3. Click Save.
