Delete PTO Blackout Dates

PTO blackout dates are periods defined by your organization during which personal time off is limited. This topic demonstrates how to delete PTO blackout dates.

  1. In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousPTO Blackout Dates.
  2. Locate the PTO blackout date to be deleted in the Edit PTO Blackout Dates pane and click Delete.
