Add Locations

- In the inContact WFM v1 Web Portal, click ConfigurationMiscellaneousLocations.
- Click Add Location in the Locations pane.
- Click New Location in the Name field and type a new name for the location.
- Click Edit in the Time Zone field and select the time zone for the location from the drop-down list.
- Click either Save button and then click OK.
