Server & Site Overview

A variety of server and site considerations come into play if inContact WFO is to operate effectively in meeting your organization's needs. These factors can vary depending on:

  • Your networking environment
  • Your telephony integration
  • The type of inContact WFO deployment (Hosted, Hybrid, or Premises)
  • The specific inContact WFO applications you use

inContact WFM v2 is typically the only module that may be deployed without inContact Call Recording. For inContact WFM v2-only systems that integrate with the inContact Cloud Contact Center, refer to the requirements for Hosted deployments. For inContact WFM v2-only systems that integrate with non-inContact telephony systems, refer to the requirements for Hybrid deployments.
