Add IP Phone Entries

The IP Phone List allows you to manually register the extension of a phone device to an IP address if the registration cannot be done automatically.

This topic explains how to add an IP phone entry to the list.

This and other topics related to the IP Phone List in the inContact WFO Web Portal apply only to sites where the recording integration uses passive VoIP for audio acquisition.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Administration Recorder Settings IP Phones.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Type the values in the Extension and IP Address fields for the new entry.
  4. Click the Save icon.
