Remove Saved Search Criteria Sets

Overview

inContact WFO allows you to save sets of search criteria for future use.

This topic explains how to delete a saved criteria set when it is no longer needed.

1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceSearch QA Evaluations.
   
2. Click Delete on the line for the criteria set.
