Delete QA Evaluations

Required Permission — Allow Deletion of Completed QA Evaluations

1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceSearch QA Evaluations.
   
2. Set any appropriate search criteria and click Search.
   
3. Double-click the evaluation to open it.
   
4. Click Delete this QA.
   
5. Type a reason for the deletion.
6. Click Confirm Delete.
