Complete In-Progress Evaluations

Required Permissions — Allow Performing QA Evaluations, Allow Performing Self-Evaluations, or both

This topic explains how you can return to evaluations that you left "in-progress" and change, complete, or delete them.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceSearch QA Evaluations.
  2. Set any appropriate search criteria and click Search.
  3. Double-click the evaluation to open it.
  4. Click Edit this QA.
  5. Make any changes or updates.
  6. Click Save as Draft if you need to leave the evaluation in-progress or, if you have completed the QA form, click Submit Q.A. Review.
