Edit Content Library Categories

Required Permission: Allow Content Library Management

Content Library categories allow you to assign content to the appropriate users and make the content easy for them to find.

This topic explains how to edit a category.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingManage ContentContent Categories.
  2. Click the category to be edited.
  3. Edit the Title or Parent Category as needed.
  4. Click Save.
