Edit Role Assignments for Multiple Users

Required Permission — Allow User Administration

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsRoles.
  2. Click Assign Users to Roles.
  3. Click the role to be assigned.
  4. Use the arrow icons to move user(s) from the Available Users column to the Attached Users column and vice versa.
  5. Click Save.
