Edit Roles

Required Permission — Allow User Administration

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click AdministrationPermissionsRoles.
  2. Double-click the name of the role to be edited.
  3. Make any changes to the selected permissions.
  4. Add or remove any associated inContact Groups.
  5. Add or remove any associated ACD Groups.
  6. Add or remove any associated ACD Gates.
  7. Click Save.
