Configure Terminology

Required Permissions — Allow System Configuration

The inContact WFO Web Portal can be customized with terminology used in your operating environment.

This topic explains how to configure the inContact WFO Web Portal to use custom terminology.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Administration Web Portal Settings Terminology.
  2. Edit the settings as needed.
  3. Click Save.
