Create Custom Recording Schedules

Schedules are collections of business rules that govern recordings in inContact WFO.

This topic explains how to create a recording schedule using custom criteria and parameters.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click Administration Scheduling Create Schedule.
  2. Click Create a Custom Schedule (Advanced).
  3. Set the schedule criteria and parameters.
  4. Click Save.
