View QA Evaluation Forms

Required Permissions — Allow QA Form Administration

This topic explains how to search for and view existing QA evaluation forms.

  1. In the inContact WFO Web Portal, click CoachingQuality AssuranceManage Forms.
  2. Optional: Make selections for Form State, Form Type, Group, or any combination of these.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Locate the form and click Edit to open it.
