Users
The Users feature allows you to manage user profiles to customize the CXone experience for each user. For user profiles, you can:

Assign and remove skills Used to automate delivery of interactions based on agent skills, abilities, and knowledge.

Change skill proficiency levels.

Deactivate and reactivate users.

Reset passwords.
-
Configure access keys.
-
Assign users to groups.

Grant or restrict access to CXone Attendant.
You can configure users individually or manage multiple users at once. You can view a user's login sessions on the Login History tab. It displays the date and time of each login.
You can view all changes made to a user profile on the Audit History tab. You can see when each change was made and who made the change. Audit history tables can become very large, but you can use search and filter tools to limit the display. Changes made to the user's CXone Attendant tab may take up to a day to appear in the Audit History tab.
