Customize the Web Player

inContact WFO is configured to use either the Web Player or the HTML5 Interaction Player. Both players are launched from the Recorded Interactions page. If you are unsure which player is used in your system, ask your inContact WFO administrator.

This topic explains how to customize the operation of the Web Player.

  1. Click WFOCall Recording Recorded Interactions.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under Web Player Settings, select or clear the applicable checkbox(es) and then click Save.
