Customize the HTML5 Interaction Player
Overview
inContact WFO is configured to use either the Web Player or the HTML5 Interaction Player. Both players are launched from Recorded Interactions page. If you are unsure which player is used in your system, ask your inContact WFO administrator.
This topic explains how to customize the default operation of the HTML5 Interaction Player.

- Click WFO Call Recording Recorded Interactions.
- Click Settings.
- At the bottom of the Settings dialog box, select or clear the applicable checkbox(es) and then click Save.
