Delete Items from the Content Library

The Content Library enables supervisors to upload files to be shared with agents.

This topic explains how to delete an item from the Content Library.

Deleting an item from the Content Library only removes it from the inContact WFO user interface. It does not remove the underlying file from your cloud storage. You should always notify your inContact WFO application administrator when you delete items from the Content Library.

Deleting an item from the Content Library cannot be undone.

  1. Click WFO Quality Management Manage Content Content Library.
  2. Click the category for the item you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete for the item in the category content list.
  4. Click Okay.
