Onmachine

Allows you to create a branch for actions taken when the automated dialer placing an outbound call connects to an answering machine. Some actions, such as Placecall, include built-in answering machine branches. This action can be used when no such built-in branch is available in the preceding action.

As with Onanswer, this action is an event action that may occur in the flow of an outbound call. It is triggered when the call is answered by an answering machine or voice mail system.

Dependencies

  • This action requires Personal Connection.
  • For answering machine detection (AMD) to work, the ACD skill must have attempt-based AMD enabled. Specifically, the Call Progress Analysis field must be set to Classify with Answering Machine Detection.
