Checkcallsup

Checks the call suppressionClosed Temporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. lookup table to see if the phone number is there.

If the value exists and has not expired, then the call must be suppressed.

Checkcallsup also passes back the Dialer Outcome/Disposition value to be used during dispositioning.

NotFound Path taken if a data value is not found in the call suppression table and therefore the call should be made.
Error Path taken when the action fails to execute properly. For example, when there is an unexpected problem such as poor connectivity, syntax errors, and so on. The _ERR variable, with a single underscore character, should be populated with a condensed explanation of the problem.
