The Skills by Campaign report is read-only and shows a summary of skills Used to automate delivery of interactions based on agent skills, abilities, and knowledge organized by campaigns A grouping of skills used to run reports.. The information that populates this report comes from the skills data the customer entered. Campaigns do not restrict agent skill assignments, so agents may share skills from any number of campaigns.
This report allows you to filter the read-only campaign and skill data in one location and view the results as they apply to your contact center.
