Determine the Number of Topic Records Older Than 90 Days

By default, you can store 90 days worth of data in your environment. You can, however, enable the ability to save data past 90 days. If you do not already have this service and would like to enable it, contact your NICE CXone account manager. If you do have this service enabled, you can use the data retention page to calculate the number of dataset records your environment contains that are older than 90 days. Dataset records less than 90 days old are not included in the count.

  1. Click Records > Data Retention.
  2. Click Get Number of Analyzed Records.
