View Your Authentication Pages on the Global Authentication Login Page

You can enter your company's custom domain name on the login page to see your authentication pages. The domain name that you enter must be a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). Depending on your business unitClosed High-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your CXone environment configuration, you can see your business unit banner, marketing area, and single sign-on (SSO) profiles.

If the Business Unit ID is received in the URL used for your CXone system, the authentication page will not show the Use Company Domain button.

  1. Open the CXone global authentication login page.

  2. Instead of entering your username and password, click Use Company Domain.

  3. Enter your Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) in the Company Domain field, then click NEXT.

If you enter an invalid custom domain/hostname or any non-existing FQDN, then CXone will display an "Invalid Domain" notification. You can then enter your correct FQDN and click NEXT. A Back button will also appear to allow you to go back to the initial login page. CXone will show you your business unit banner, marketing area, and SSO profiles after you enter a valid domain name.
