Log In to Single Sign-On in Salesforce Agent

You may use a third-party application or Salesforce as your identity provider to automatically authenticate you to the Salesforce Agent (SFA) platform. Administrators must first enable the single sign-on (SSO) feature before you can log in using SSO for the first time.

Salesforce User Linked to CXone User

If your CXone user has already been linked to your Salesforce user, no additional steps are required to log in.

  1. Navigate to login.salesforce.com.

  2. Enter your Salesforce credentials.

  3. Click Log In.

Salesforce User Not Linked to CXone User

If your CXone user has not been previously linked to your Salesforce user, you must first link them in CXone before logging in to Salesforce for the first time. If you do not link your users, a duplicate CXone user is created with no associated data.

  1. Log in to CXone.
  2. Hover over the left side navigation pane and wait for it to pop out. Under My Account, click your name.

  3. Click Link Account.

  4. The Salesforce login is displayed.

  5. Enter your Salesforce credentials.

  6. Click Log In.

No Preexisting CXone User

If you do not have a preexisting CXone user, contact your administrator for your new CXone user. This user is already linked to your Salesforce user.

  1. Enter your Salesforce credentials.

  2. Click Log In.
