Using MAX, agents can consult their contacts from partner platforms through phone or email in a single click. MAX also displays the status/presence of the partner platform contacts. This removes the need for agents to alternate between MAX and partner platforms.

Insufficient System Users for Presence Event Subscriptions in Microsoft Teams
In Microsoft Teams, establishing a Presence Event subscription requires a certain number of system users. When the number of required users isn't met, Presence Event subscriptions cannot be synced.
Administrators will receive an email notification informing them of the lack of users. To fix this, they need to add more users to the system.
