Shared Schedules

Required Permissions — Allow Report Subscriptions

Shared schedules can be used to execute multiple reports using the same schedule parameters. This can save time when you would otherwise have to configure the same schedule settings for several reports. For more information, see Reporting Overview.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Reporting > Report Tools > Shared Schedules.
  2. Click New to create a new shared schedule, click Edit to modify an existing shared schedule, or click Delete to remove an existing shared schedule.
    • You can click Pause or Resume, as appropriate. Pausing a shared schedule prevents all associated report subscriptions from running until it is resumed. This action also applies to any related report subscriptions.
  3. Configure the shared schedule options.
  4. Click Save.
