NICE Uptivity Performance Management provides users with the ability to consolidate, analyze, and act on operational performance, quality, and voice of the customer metrics.

Key features of Performance Management include:

  • Dashboards that can provide a view of performance across your entire customer contact operation. The flexible, easy-to-use dashboard wizard lets you create new views in minutes.
  • Scorecards, click-through widgets, agent tickersClosed Displays at the top of the agent's screen and provides them with updates on how they are performing for their various KPIs. and alerts, and display wallboards can empower managers with clear insights to identify and solve issues and opportunities faster.
  • Detailed reporting options, including a library of standard reports and the ability to create and share custom data views. This reporting is in addition to the already robust reporting offered by NICE Uptivity.

Performance Management Permissions

Performance Management provides access to 7 sub-tabs. Each of these sub-tabs have specific permissions required; see the table below. A user only needs to have one of the defined permissions to access the sub-tab, not all that are listed. Permissions are set when Managing Roles.
