Manage Channels in a Voice Board

Voice boards are Uptivity software components that control how the system acquires the audio it records. Each voice board includes channels which correspond to individual audio sources. For more information, see Voice Boards Overview or the document for the specific integration, listed in Recording Integrations Overview.

All of the tasks below are done from the Voice Boards List. To navigate to this page in the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Administration Recorder Settings Voice Boards.

Add a Channel

  1. Click Edit for the voice board to which you want to add channels.
  2. If this voice board is not for an Ai-Logix card, type a value in the Number of Channels to Add field and then click Add.

Voice boards associated with Ai-Logix cards are limited to the number of channels on the physical card and show all these channels by default.

  3. Configure the settings for each channel. Note that channel assignment values are case sensitive.
  4. Click Save.
