Respond to QA Evaluations

If your organization uses the Uptivity QA review process, agents can review, question, or acknowledge evaluations after they have been submitted.

This page assumes you are looking at the New Assignments List.

To respond to a QA Evaluation:

1. Click the evaluation you want to respond to in order to open it.
2. Review the evaluation and Add a Comment.
3. Click Acknowledge, Question, or Dispute, depending on how you want to respond.
