NICE Uptivity On-Demand Server Settings

The NICE Uptivity On-Demand screen allows you to configure the fields available for updating by agents using NICE Uptivity On-Demand.

On-Demand Recording Server Web Portal Settings

After adding On-Demand Server to the Service Manager, Uptivity NICE Uptivity On-Demand can be configured in the NICE Uptivity Web Portal so users can type information in one or more of the fifteen available user-defined fields. Selecting Yes for any of the settings on this screen allows authorized users to update the specified field using the NICE Uptivity On-Demand Web Portal or by using the NICE Uptivity On-Demand client installed on their workstations.

To configure NICE Uptivity On-Demand settings:

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Administration Recorder Settings On Demand.
  2. Select Yes from the drop-down menu for each field that users should be able to update.
  3. Click Save.
