Verify the Screen Capture Client Connection
Required Permission — Allow Viewing System Reports
If an agent workstation is not being recorded, verify that the Screen Capture Client is connecting to the server.

To verify the Screen Capture Client connection:
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Reporting → System Reports → System Status.
- Scroll to the Screen Capture Client Status section.
- Verify the desired workstation name is listed in the Computer column.
