Verify the Screen Capture Client Connection

Required Permission — Allow Viewing System Reports

If an agent workstation is not being recorded, verify that the Screen Capture Client is connecting to the server.

To verify the Screen Capture Client connection:

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click ReportingSystem ReportsSystem Status.
  2. Scroll to the Screen Capture Client Status section.
  3. Verify the desired workstation name is listed in the Computer column.

If the agent’s workstation is not listed, Screen Capture Clientis not communicating with the Screen Capture Server and you will need to investigate and resolve the network communication issue.
