View QM Metrics

To view a list of all Performance Management QM metrics and their descriptions:

1. Login to the NICE Uptivity Web Portal.
2. Go to Performance Management → Reporting → Measure List Report.
3. Use the Resource Type Filter dropdown to select QM.
