Delete Timed Recording Schedules

Schedules are collections of business rules that govern recordings in Uptivity. Timed schedules (a separately-licensed feature) are used when desktop activity is recorded without corresponding phone events.
This topic explains how to delete a timed schedule from your system.

- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click AdministrationSchedulingTimed Schedules.
- Click Delete (indicated by the red X) for the schedule you want to delete.
- Click OK.
