Create Default Filters

The NICE Uptivity Web Portal provides access to recordings made by Uptivity. You can filter the list of recordings to display only selected interactions.
This topic explains how to set a saved filter as your default filter so that the Call List or Recorded Interactions page opens with that filter in place. The default filter is an individual setting; other users can set different default filters.

Images in this topic are taken from the Call List. If you are using Recorded Interactions, things may look a little different but the steps remain the same.
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions ListCall List or Recorded InteractionsMy Filters.

Click Private Filters or Public Filters to open the appropriate group of filters.
- Click Default next to the filter you want to be your default.
