Export PCM Audio Files
Audio recordings in NICE Uptivity can be exported as PCM (Pulse-code modulation) files. This file format is useful if you are utilizing a third-party speech analytics solution as opposed to NICE Uptivity Speech Analytics. When exported, the Post Interaction Manager creates a metadata file in the third-party file location.
An additional license must be purchased to use a third-party speech solution. For more information, reach out to your NICE inContact representative.
