Edit IP Phone Entries

The IP Phone List allows you to manually register the extension of a phone device to an IP address if the registration cannot be done automatically. This topic explains how to edit an IP phone entry in the list.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Administration Recorder Settings IP Phones.
  2. Click the Edit icon for the entry you want to change.
  3. Configure the values for the IP phone entry.
  4. Click the Save icon.
