Stop Uptivity Services from the Service Manager

The Service Manager allows users to see the status of Uptivity services and centrally manage those services from within the NICE Uptivity Web Portal regardless of the server on which they are located.

This topic explains how to stop an individual running Uptivity service from the Service Manager.

  1. In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click AdministrationToolsService Manager.
  2. Click Stop on the line for the service to be stopped.

The status of the service will switch to StopPending. Once the service has stopped, the status will display as Stopped and the Start button will appear instead of the Stop button.
