View Completed Surveys for a Recording

Overview
The NICE Uptivity Web Portal provides access to recordings made by Uptivity.
This topic explains how to view completed surveys associated with an interaction from the Call List or the Recorded Interactions page.
For more information, see Working with Recordings Overview.
This functionality is not available unless your organization uses the optional NICE Uptivity Survey product, and there are calls in your system with completed surveys.
- In the NICE Uptivity Web Portal, click Interactions List Call List.
- Locate the call record, right-click, and select View Completed Surveys from the pop-up menu.
